Bad bus Service today
Today is "HOMETOWN DAY".
recently people countdown Chinese New Year EVE tomorrow.
BUT the bus service today is very very bad,
affect me having a bad mood to go back hometown. (siez..)
What happen to the City Express bus service?
Every time I take
mostly the bus must late at least in 30 minutes start off,
but the bus today almost around 30 minutes reach to the platform!
At the moment,
something happen to this bus therefore delay the time.
Some foreign labours bring more luggage
and this is not enough to put inside the luggage box of the bus,
the staff spend at least 20 minutes to settle this problem,
it also affect the attitude of stuff was very very aggressive,
almost can become very rude.
I don't know what happen to those foreign labours,
but they increase the delay time of passengers.
Beside that, some passengers get on wrong time bus,
they wonder that bus they got on are 1030am.
Delay half of minutes,
I can continue waiting and be patient,
but all happened today make me feel irresponsibilities toward them,
must reconsider to choose a new bus service,
especially City Express at KL TBS station.
Or because of those labors
so make today become more trouble and aggressive.
But please, don't do this next time and
NO MORE NEXT TIME.
1015am bus,
finally start off on 1115am.
almost delay 1 hour to get on the bus.
On that moment,
I'm very very want to complain about this bad services,
(I knew the passengers also have give the trouble and problem to the staff)
But labors is another point,
DELAY was not happen once only,
so what for this double stairs bus??
Kindly the bus company can consider and discuss for those problem.
At last, I'm reach home already.
